Refund policy

Returns

Returns must be started within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, accompanied by its documentation and in the condition that you received it. The condition of the returned item is at the discretion of Artphere US.

To initiate a return, send an email to info@artphere.us with:

  • The full name of the purchaser
  • The order number from the packing slip
  • Reason for your return
  • Your daytime phone number so we can call you if we need to

The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item. A restocking fee may be applied to some products.

Purchases made outside of the continental United States are ineligible for refunds or returns.

Any item that is damaged, missing parts, or no longer in its original condition for reasons other than manufacturer error cannot be refunded.

Sale items are not eligible for a return. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

This return policy only applies to goods purchased from the Artphere US webstore. If you have an Artphere products which you purchased from another retailer, please contact that retailer directly.

Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit based on your card issuer's timing and policies.

If you have been approved for a refund but have not yet received it, please contact your bank or credit card company and double check your statements: there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@artphere.us

Warranty

All Artphere bags come with a 6 month limited warranty for damage due to manufacturing defects. This warranty begins on the date of purchase from the Artphere US webstore. Subject to applicable laws. Warranty coverage is void if the product is purchased from an unauthorized retailer.

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow the same steps as you would to make a return.
